Do
- handle with care
- store carefully to avoid tangling
- wear jewellery as a last step to getting changed
- avoid contact with perfumes, make up, detergents, lotion etc.
Don't
- wear jewellery in bed
- wear jewellery whilst bathing
- knock jewellery against hard surfaces
- use abrasive cleaners to clean jewellery
- wear jewellery when doing strenuous tasks e.g. gardening, house work, D.I.Y, lifting heavy items etc.
